Ujian ini diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa yang telah memenuhi syarat akademik dan administratif sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Persyaratan Pendaftaran:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Telah menyelesaikan semua modul preklinik dengan nilai minimal sesuai ketentuan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tidak ada tunggakan SPP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mengunggah dokumen berikut Form:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bukti Pelaksanaan Seminar Hasil (Undangan Seminar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transkrip akademik sementara.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proses Pendaftaran:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daftar melalui link di bawah ini<br><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeXeBMm76o2ue_VLrcBJZQd8ZLWwWoiQX0YB60gH8elZ-4sXg\/viewform?usp=header\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScXjdU-bxLym_hIIp0OINzbB5StSwcmGICFNizEbMXdR93WuA\/viewform?usp=header\">a.
